Bronze mit dunkler Patina und Resten von Vergoldung. Mit ausdrucksstarkem Antlitz und eleganten Händen. Die ketumala- Flamme detailreich geformt. Das Gewand in feinem Relief angedeutet. Über den großen Lotosblättern sind die Stamina angelegt. Höhe 38cm. Zustand B. Gussfehler und alte Reparaturen. Provenienz: -Ostwestfälische Privatsammlung, ab Mitte 20. Jh. vor Ort erworben. BUDDHA ON A HIGH THRONE. Thailand. 17th/18th c. Chieng Saen, Lanna. Bronze with dark patina and residue of gilding. With an expressive face and elegant hands. The ketumala flame finely shaped.
