Um das kugelförmige Gefäß eine Darstellung des Nantimotolo mit erhobener Japan patra-Schale, aus der ein Drache in Wolken entweicht. Die Szene in einer Landschaft mit Wasserfall und großen Kiefern. Vier Kiefernstämme bilden die hohen Beine. Den Deckel schmückt Lotos. Als Hintergrund ein dichtes Muster aus eckigen Spiralen. Höhe 37cm, Ø 23cm. Unten als Siegel eine Zikade in Relief. Zustand A/B. Eisen mit Einlagen in Silber und Gold. Flacher Teller auf flachem Fußring. Im Spiegel eine blütenförmige Reserve mit der Ansicht der Terrasse des Tempels in Kyoto, umgeben von blühenden Chrysanthemen und Schmetterlingen. Die Fahne mit dichten geometrischen Mustern, außen eine Bordüre mit Wein. Ø 30,7cm. Im Fußring signiert: Andô (ca. 1800). Zustand A/B. PLATE WITH THE KIYOMIZU DERA TEMPLE. Japan. About 1900. Komei. Iron with inlays in silver and gold. Flat plate on low foot ring. In the mirror a flower-shaped reserve with the view of the terrace of the famous Temple in Kyoto, surrounded by flowering chrysanthemums and butterflies.
