2089 GUI RITUALJADE. China. Qing-Dynastie. Qianlong-Periode (1736-95). Weißlich grüne Jade mit hellbraunen Adern. Gui in länglich schmaler Form mit klingenartiger Spitze. Am rechteckigen Ende ein rundes kaiserliches Siegel ‚wu fu wu dai‘ in vertieftem Relief. Unter einem Band mit archaischem Muster eine bekrönte Gottheit. Im unteren Teil Inschrift mit einem Gedicht von Kaiser Qianlong, zyklisch datiert März 1795. Auf der Rückseite in derselben Anordnung ein kaiserliches Siegel ‚gu xi tian zi‘, ein fliegender Adler, ein weiteres Gedicht von Qianlong. Länge 35,5cm, Breite max. 4,2cm, Dicke 0,5cm. Zustand A. Das gui gehört zu den Ritualgegen- ständen, die im alten China bei Zeremonien an Königshäusern und im Kaiserhof verwendet wurden. Vergleiche: Ein fast identisches gui aus der späteren Longshan-Kultur (ca. 20.-18. Jahrhundert v. Chr.), das später mit Inschriften vom Kaiser Qianlong graviert und auf einen Holzsockel montiert wurde, befindet sich im Taipei Nationalmuseum. GUI RITUALJADE. China. Qing dynasty. Qianlong period (1736-95). Light green jade with faint brown veins. Gui in an elongated shape with a bladelike tip. On the rectangular side a round imperial seal ‘wu fu wu dai’ in deep relief. Under a border with an archaic pattern a crowned deity. In the lower part an inscription with a poem by Emperor Qianlong, cyclically dated March 1795. On the reverse in a similar arrangement an imperial seal ‘gu xi tian zi’, a flying eagle and another poem by Qianlong. Length 35.5cm, width max. 4.2cm, thickness 0.5cm. Condition A. The gui is one of the ritual objects that were used in ancient China during ceremonies in royal houses and in the imperial court. Compare: A nearly identical gui from the later Longshan culture (about 20-18 century BC), later engraved with inscriptions by Emperor Qianlong and mounted on a wooden base, belongs to the collection of the Taipei National Museum. 玉圭 清乾隆 長35.5cm/寬4.2cm/厚0.5cm 玉色青白，間雜土黃色紋帶。窄長梯形， 平直正刃。一面上部陽文圓章「五福五 代」，中部為陽刻戴冠神祖，中下部陰線 楷書禦制詩：「細起花文若有神，撫無留 手卻平勻。知其是玉疑非玉，謂此非珍孰 是彌。氣合古人餘湯穆，華羞時語詡玢 豳。千年逐跡一朝現，巢許寧稱善隱淪。 乾隆丙午季春禦題」，篆書章「水德朗 潤」。另一面上部陽文圓章「古希天子」， 中部為陽刻沖天鷹紋，中下部陰線楷書禦 制詩：「世代商周杳莫窮，鷹熊刻佩擬英 雄。爾時尚述三王法，喻意何開五霸風。 孔處月圍淡雲白， 浸來日射曉霞紅。物 之聚也必於好，好古微慚訓召公。乾隆丙 午季春禦題」，篆書章「水德朗潤」。 此器在禮制中稱為「圭」。在典禮中，將 它的刃部朝上捧握。 參見: 臺北故宮博物院藏有乾隆御題公元 前20至18世紀龍山文化晚期鷹紋圭（配 有木座）。 € 1.200 - 1.500 | $ 1.308 - 1.635 2090 KLEINE RITUAL-AXT. China. Qing-Dynastie (1644-1911). Weißliche, teils transluzente Jade. Der obere Teil ist als zweiköpfiger shizi geschnitzt, die Klinge zieren ruyi-Formen und stilisierte Lanzettblätter, seitlich durchbrochene ruyi-Bänder. Die kleine Beilklinge ist als Anhänger gearbeitet. Länge 7,5cm, Breite 6cm, Dicke 0,8cm. Zustand A. SMALL RITUAL-AX. China. Qing dynasty (1644-1911). White, partly translucent jade. The upper part is carved as a two-headed shizi, the blade decorated with ruyi shapes and stylized lancet leaves, laterally perforated ruyi borders. The small ax is meant as a pendant. Grüne Jade mit bräunlichen Einschlüssen. Die Oberfläche der Scheibe ist mit regelmäßig verteilten, flachen Buckeln verziert. Die Art der Bearbeitung und die Politur lassen auf ein höheres Alter schließen. Länge 8,4cm. Zustand A/B. UNUSUAL OVAL BI-DISC. China. Green jade with brownish inclusions. The surface of the disc is decorated with regularly distributed, flat buckles. The type of treatment and polish suggest a higher age. Length 8.4cm. Weiße, grünlich schimmernde Jade mit gebänderten Einschlüssen. Auf der Oberseite der rechteckigen Platte kauert ein stilisierter, durchbrochen gearbeiteter chilong-Drache mit rückwärts gewandtem Kopf und eingerolltem Schwanz. Dicke 0,8cm, 3,8 x 6,1cm. Zustand A. JADE PLATE WITH STILIZED DRAGON. China. Qing Dynasty (1644-1911). White, greenish shimmering jade with striped inclusions. On the upper side of the rectangular plate a stylized openworked chilong dragon with backward facing head and coiled tail. Thickness 0.8cm, 3.8 x 6.1cm.
