From a Magnificent Private Collection - 150 Works

Following the extremely successful Modern Week auctions in the spring, we are pleased to offer you 150 more selected works from an important German collection. The private collection contains numerous internationally established artists of the first rank, among them Pablo Picasso's painting "Buste de femme", which was auctioned in spring for 4.5 million euros. 
The collection was assembled over decades with passion and a good eye, so that the collector always attached importance to good quality and showed a flair for renowned positions. The offer now includes an exciting cross-section of the collection with paintings, works on paper, sculptures and prints, among them first and foremost German and French artists such as Markus Lüpertz and Norbert Tadeusz as well as Julius Bissier, Henri Micheaux and Zao Wou-Ki.
