GROßER MAHÂKÂLA IN YAB-YUM.

Herkunft: Nepal.
Datierung: Anfang 20. Jh.
Technik: Bronze mit dunkler Patina, teils feuervergoldet und bemalt.
Beschreibung: Der in breitem Ausfallschritt auf einem Sockel stehende Dharma-Wächter hält in jeder Hand
ein anderes Attribut, darunter Schwert, Lasso, Schild u.a. In den Haupthänden hält er, wie
seine Begleiterin auch, ein katrika-Messer und eine kapala-Schale.
Maße: Höhe 94cm, Breite (Sockel) 80cm, Tiefe 50cm.
