LAMA GAMPOPA.

Herkunft: Tibet.
Datierung: Ca. 18. Jh.
Technik: Silbrige Bronze mit gelblicher Patina.
Beschreibung: Gründer der Kagyü-Schultraditon in Tibet und Hauptschüler des Milarepa. Dieser Lama gilt
auch als der große Arzt von Dagpo und lebte von 1079-1153. Hier ist er mit einem
charakteristischen Lamahut, in wellenartig fließender Robe und in der Haltung des Amitayus
gezeigt, auf den sich die Linie der Lamas bezieht. Bodenplatte erneuert.
Maße: Höhe 11cm.
