Datierung: Spätes 19. Jh.
Beschreibung: Einteilige Ryûsa Variation. Im runden Zentrum in feinem Flach-Relief mit Gravuren eine
Lotos-Frucht an Stängel mit zusammengerolltem Blatt liegend auf einem großen, verrotteten
Blatt mit Stängel. Den gerundeten Rand bilden drei große Blätter mit Fraß-Stellen ebenso
die Unterseite mit einem himotoshi im Zentrum. Die Lotospflanze ist ein Symbol für
Reinheit und die Fraßstellen zeigen gleichzeitig die Vergänglichkeit. Fein geschnitzt und
graviert mit bräunlicher Patinierung.
Maße: Ø3,8cm.
Rahmen/Sockel: 19. Jahrhundert.
