Description:
In the 1980s, Waldemar Otto did not only deal with technical questions of sculpture. Especially from 1985 onwards, many of his pedestal torsos deal with ancient mythology. Recurring motifs include Hephaestus, Aphrodite, and Bacchus in various constellations.
