The work comes from an unknown edition.
In his Berlin studio, Waldemar Otto began experimenting with the theme of figures in space in the 1970s. Female and male figures are set in a dialogue with walls, boxes and rods. Initially completely surrounded by these elements, they are gradually freed from their cramped state during the course of the work phase.
