This is one of the five additional copies of the work.
Waldemar Otto engaged intensively with motifs from ancient mythology in the 1980s. In particular, from 1985 onwards, Hephaestus, Aphrodite, and Bacchus increasingly found their place in his work. In various constellations, rows of ancient deities are formed, including the row of "Sich abwendende Aphrodite".
